INTRODUCTION
Launched in 2019, VDAS Design Association | HCMC – Vietnam has operated with the mission of honoring and developing the Vietnamese creative design community, connecting with businesses and domestic, international organizations, step by step improving Vietnam's design capacity to a new and comparable role with the international community.
VDAS organizes diverse activities - events to connect the creative design industry community, in which, VMARK Vietnam Design Week and VMARK Vietnam Design Award take place every year - considered the core event of VDAS to seek and honor new and unique initiatives for Design Industry, especially the Vietnamese Interior & Architecture industry. In addition, networking activities, educational workshop projects are also focused to connect and develop cohesive members, build a stronger design community and nurture the design & creative industry to be able to form a unique Design Identity in Vietnam, step by step connecting with the international community and business sectors, education, and cooperation networks with other international design awards.
After many years of operation, the VDAS design community is increasingly sustainable, brings benefits to the members, and initially develops a creative economy in Vietnam.
Not only that, VDAS will continue the journey with many projects outlined in 2024.

EVENT OVERVIEW
The VMARK Valedictorian Design Award 2023 launched with the purpose to reach and engage with the Universities which have specialized in all Design & Architecture majors, to honor educational design associated with Business, to call community support for the school training activities and to improve the quality of teaching for students.
The event is honored to have the companionship of Co-strategic partner - Vasta Stone, the first luxury sintered stone brand in Vietnam.
1. MOU SIGNING CEREMONY | DESIGN EDUCATION CONFERENCE
MoU SIGNING CEREMONY | integrates of co-operative activities with UNIVERSITIES OF INTERIOR DESIGN / ARCHITECTURAL / PRODUCT DESIGN DEPARTMENT every year and honors students with the best achievements in the industry.
DESIGN EDUCATION CONFERENCE | the event specialized in design education with the most professional scale that will be held annually with the sessions of dialogue between Design, Architecture Universities with national and international experts, businesses and industries on curriculum improvement, training quality and extracurricular activities for students and career / recruitment.
