Is most well-known with his successful launching of the ADS Vietnam Design Institute associated with the Asian Institute of Technology for post-graduate programming Vietnam from 2010-present.
Then again, it would not be easy to found and develop such a famous school during the global economic crisis and political changes. ADS Institute was built up solely from his passion for design & art after some accomplishment he got from his career as the CEO of an interior design firm. ADS Institute is also the leading professional school of design in Vietnam, specializing in providing an international design education program that is approved by BTEC UK and recognized internationally.
With a strong foundation of design knowledge and local market understanding, Duong is an active member of the International Design Forum and has attended various events in which he got invited exclusively as the representative of the Vietnamese community in countries such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, EU, China, etc.
Graduated with a major in Interior Design from the National University of Industrial Design, from 2016 to 2017, Duong held the position of Dean of the Design Department at Hong Bang International University.
Later on, he joined the boarding team for VDAS to run all activities for the community with a broader vision and philosophy.

Was the first Vietnamese female designer working in the applied design sector in Vietnam from the economic revolution of 1986. Danh was one of the first 7 graduated from the National Design University of Vietnam in 1992 with an honorary degree.
Ms. Danh Tran founded her first design company in 1992 when Vietnam just opened the trading market for FDI sectors to enter. By that time, 40% of the B2B market in Branding, Interior design, and Commercial Decoration Concept and Production was under her leadership and creative team.
In 1999, Danh took good timing for her postgraduate study in Denmark then returned to Vietnam and took the role of managing partner for one of the earliest event planning businesses in the Indochina region.
As the matching route of the innovative designers from Asia under the roof of Nordic Design & Art Nest, Ms. Danh met up with Mr. Duong Ho Tan (as her co-founder of VDAS and business partner in the international design institutes that Danh plays the role of a shareholder).
After 20 years of working in the design production sector, Danh joint funded the first Art and Design school of Vietnam in 2008 to raise Vietnam's young and talented design generation and nurture them toward international standards. Later on, the school was invested enormously from AIT and other foreign private partners to expand its recruitment and operation to the ASEAN scale.
Danh is also a well-known speaker who is frequently invited to annual events as a Vietnamese Sustainable Design and Creative Economic Development expert in Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, and London.
