In addition, a high-quality workspace also brings benefits to the physical and mental health of employees. Therefore, researching the trends in future workspace design in offices or connecting with remote work is crucial and contributes to sustainable development for businesses.

According to statistics from Savills Vietnam, the workspace market in Vietnam grew by more than 40% in 2020, with more than 140,000 square meters of newly launched space.
