A harmonious fusion of classic Parisian workshop and vibrant tropical elements. This innovative space was designed to suit a multigenerational workforce, promoting both traditional work environments and flexible coworking areas. Bringing inspiration from natural and less chemical materials, the wavy ceiling uses Vietnamese Melaleuca timber, and the clay color palette create a sense of intimacy and maturity while maintaining a relaxed and informal ambiance. The rooftop area features flexible spaces and a multi-purpose room that can be fully open to the surrounding tropical garden, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility, perfect for informal meetings or moments of restoration.

Một sự hòa quyện hài hòa giữa xưởng phong cách Paris cổ điển và những yếu tố nhiệt đới đầy sức sống. Không gian sáng tạo này được thiết kế nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của lực lượng lao động đa thế hệ, vừa thúc đẩy môi trường làm việc truyền thống, vừa hỗ trợ các khu vực coworking linh hoạt. Lấy cảm hứng từ vật liệu tự nhiên, ít qua xử lý hóa chất, trần nhà dạng sóng được làm từ gỗ tràm Việt Nam, kết hợp với bảng màu đất sét mang lại cảm giác gần gũi và trưởng thành, đồng thời vẫn duy trì sự thư giãn và không khí thân thiện. Khu vực sân thượng có không gian linh hoạt và một phòng đa năng có thể mở hoàn toàn ra khu vườn nhiệt đới xung quanh, tạo nên sự riêng tư và tĩnh tại — lý tưởng cho những buổi gặp gỡ thân mật hoặc những khoảnh khắc nghỉ ngơi, tái tạo năng lượng.
