Steven Hsun Lee is an architect and development strategist with more than 25 years of experience across the U.S., Australia, and Asia. Based in Vietnam since 2016, his work has focused on hospitality, mixed use developments, lifestyle destinations, and large-scale urban projects throughout the region.

Having worked from both the architect and developer side, Steven brings a perspective that combines design, hospitality thinking, and real estate strategy with a strong focus on creating places that feel authentic, culturally grounded, and emotionally engaging.

His experience spans integrated resorts, hotels, destination master plans, mixed use districts, and urban developments where architecture, landscape, culture, and public life come together to shape memorable experiences.

As Director of Architecture at CPG International (Vietnam), Steven oversees multidisciplinary studio teams across a range of sectors including institutional, aviation, mixed-use, and international projects, while helping expand the company’s hospitality and lifestyle portfolio across the region.
