Project strives to set new standard and highest benchmark for the ‘factory office’ by aiming for LEED Platinum certification. Multiple layers of solutions have been incorporated into the design to make this achievement possible. From passive design with thoughtful orientation and deep recesses, through purposeful façade treatment and high-performance envelope, all the way to lush greenery both in- and outside of the building.
