Ms. Hoa joined ADP in 2013 as Sales & Marketing Director then became the Hanoi Branch Director cum Vice General Director in 2015. She is the key person to take responsibility for ADP Business Growth. After 8 years, with her profound dedication, ADP’s revenue has significantly increased from VND90 billion in 2013 to VND450 billion in 2020. Ms. Hoa is also one of the founders of Space.s, a member of ADP Group that well responds to the demand of clients in Industrial Zones. After 14 years leading ADP Group, the Founders decided to have Ms. Hoa as the partner and the new CEO to refresh the company and open a new chapter of the company's development.
As considering humans is the important key that leads to success, Ms. Hoa Being has made a great investment to develop the ADP human resource.
